Hoop Tutorial: Choker Split

The choker split is an intermediate pose that can be used on its own or as a transition (e.g., to an alien split or even a chest stand). It is a fake split, so no need to worry if your splits are still a work in progress. Where will you take it?

Requirements:

  • Strong toe point and hamstring strength
  • Awareness of the bar placement when inverted
