While I’m sure this has been done a million times before, this was actually a transition I discovered for myself which has always made it special to me! I also love a good meathook at any opportunity.
Pre-requisites: For this skill (i) a solid front balance to meathook away transition is essential; (ii) being able to hold a good one-arm meathook on vertical apparatus will help; (iii) a familiarity with scissor beats/basic vertical beat pathways will also be helpful.
