Here’s your tutorial for the Meathook K, plus a few extra drills to work toward the true Meathook Split (parallel to the ground). I’ve used a dance trapeze for this tutorial, but the skills can be done on any apparatus. Keep in mind that a bar apparatus will be easier to learn this on.
