Generally speaking, folx tend to be back or front body dominant. Do bridges come easy to you but inversions are struggle city? Or can you do v-ups all day but a waterfall bridge is as terrifying as jumping off of an actual waterfall?
I’m front body dominant and getting my back to move is a struggle. I’ve heard that a back balance on vertical is a rest position for some people. An actual rest position!
Not for me. I have to work for it. And this is where back balance jumping jacks come into play.
