Aerial Drill: C Shaping Slow & Fast

Here's a breakdown of c-shaping drills for fast and slow rolling.

Your goal is to try to maintain the same amount of c-curve through all planes of motion so that you do not get top or bottom heavy in your rolls. That will be hard, but if you feel like your legs are heavy and your chest shoots up, come back to this principle.  This will be more important for some body types than others so be gentle with yourself.
