MKMM Mobility Class: Middles Mini

MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Hamstring, Adductor, & Glute Activation
  • Frog with Internal Rotation
  • Flying Pancake
  • Pancake to middle transition

Props needed:

  • Yoga blocks
  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam Roller
  • Knee pads (optional)
