Spin Beats Power: Moving From Your Back Space



This class is quick, potent strength-and-power session designed to build power coming out of your back space like in flares and front-back beats. You will use weights and tempo to build and absorb force with dynamic control—without overwhelming your nervous system.

Duration: 40 min

Props needed:

  • 1 5-10 lb dumbbell or kettlebell
  • 1 10-lb kettlebell or ankle weight
  • 1 heavy kettlebell or other anchor to place over foot
  • Bench or chair
  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam roller
  • Slant board (optional)
