ICM is an aerial conditioning class built around the fundamental movement patterns behind every aerial skill. Develop hanging mechanics, core integration, scapular stability, pelvic stability, hip control, and the pattern recognition your body needs to move efficiently on any apparatus. This is not trick chasing, it’s the scaffolding that makes all skills possible.
This class focuses on the setup of the invert—the organization that happens before the invert begins. You’ll train ribcage–pelvis alignment, breath-led core integration, and shoulder stability to support clean, repeatable inversion patterns. Rather than chasing shapes or max effort, this class teaches the technique of training for foundational aerial movements so strength actually transfers when you’re in the air. Expect breath-led tempos and precise cueing designed to help you build a foundation you can rely on.
