This class is quick, potent strength-and-power session designed to build upper body rotational power. You will use weights and tempo to build and absorb force with dynamic control—without overwhelming your nervous system.

Duration: 40 min

Props needed:

  • 2 10-20lb dumbbells or kettlebells
  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Long resistance band + high anchor
  • [Pullup bar + rings or straps or fabric] or [bench + low-anchored resistance band]
