QuaranTips: Straight-Arm Inversions



Bar-less is starting to take on a whole new meaning these days.

If you’re an aerialist relegated to ground-based movement, this is a great exercise to maintain (or gain) the push from the lats necessary to get your AOH ("ass over head"). This movement is comparable to starting in a pike under the bar and slowly lowering your legs to a hanging position.
