Technique Tip: One-Arm Hang



When we move from hanging on an apparatus with two arms to one, we’re not just doubling the load on the shoulder complex. We’re also asking the body to create stability through the trunk to prevent rotation. This “anti-rotation” is essential to advance in one arm skills.
