MKMM Mobility: Holy Shoulders Mini: Shoulder Flexion



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Shoulder flexion with external rotation
  • Thoracic rotation with chest opening
  • Protracted push ups

Props needed:

  • 1 5-10 lb weight
  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam roller
  • Yoga block
  • Light-medium miniband
  • Exercise ball
