What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing content?
- If you are having trouble accessing content and are getting "For Parishioners Only" or "video unavailable", despite having an active account;
- Log out of the app
- Go to "More"
- "Log out"
- Log In again
- If you are still having trouble
- Uninstall then reinstall the app
- Repeat Log in under "More"
- If the above steps failed to fix the issue, please submit the Tech-Troubleshoot Form
