If you would prefer to pause your membership, we offer a once-per-year courtesy pause of up to 60 days without losing your current membership rate.
Pause requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date. To request a pause, please email admin@circusmobility.com.
If you signed up through a promotion or with another program on the Circus Mobility website:
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad):
- Find Circus Mobility and choose Cancel or update your billing details.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Cancel Subscription
- Fill out Exit Interview
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):
- Find Circus Mobility and tap Cancel subscription or update payment info.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Cancel Subscription
- Fill out Exit Interview
