- Visceral massage
- Pelvic floor & outer hip releases
- Pelvic clocks
- Dead bugs
- Supine quad stretches with hip flexor engagement
- Adductor engagement in hip extension, flexion, & rotation
- Hamstring stretches in arch & curl
