MKMM Mobility: SplitsChurch Mini: Core Control for Front Splits



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Core control in dead bugs
  • Hip internal & external rotation
  • Pelvic stability in lunges
  • Hip complex releases

Props needed:

  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Yoga block
  • Knee pad (optional)
