Focus: pancake and front splits with an emphasis on internal and external rotation. It culminated in front oversplits and penches.

Prop list: 1 peanut, 1 lacrosse ball, 2-3 yoga blocks, 1 chair, 1 heavy looped band, 1 light miniband
