MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Focus:
- Sacral, pelvic floor, & adductor releases
- Adductor engagement in hip extension, flexion, & rotation
- Adductor contract/release & PNF+ techniques
- Adductor power generation
Props needed:
- Peanut
- Pilates ball
- Foam roller (soft)
- Looped band (light or medium) with hip height anchor
