MKMM Mobility: SplitsChurch Mini- Adductors for Splits



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Sacral, pelvic floor, & adductor releases
  • Adductor engagement in hip extension, flexion, & rotation
  • Adductor contract/release & PNF+ techniques
  • Adductor power generation

Props needed:

  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam roller (soft)
  • Looped band (light or medium) with hip height anchor
