MKMM Mobility: SplitsChurch Mini: Front Split Foundations



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Pelvic stability in deep lunges
  • Active hip extension in splits
  • Pelvic control in compression
  • Psoas release
  • Obturator and femoral nerve glides

Props needed:

  • 2 yoga blocks
  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam roller
  • 20-30 lb weight
  • Knee pads (optional)
