MKMM Mobility: Holy Shoulders Mini: Thoracic Park



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Focus: 

  • Thoracic rotation
  • Contrast spirals in rotation
  • Quadruped spinal motions
  • Lifting the arm from the low traps

  • Pilates ball
