MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.
Duration: 30 minutes
Focus:
- Hip internal rotation
- Hip external rotation (pigeon)
- Hip adduction in hip flexion (for hip stability)
- Hip abduction in hip flexion (tilt strength)
- Hypopressive breathing for diaphragm release
- Obturator release
Props needed:

- Foam roller
- Looped band (light) and anchor
