MKMM Mobility: Holy Shoulders Mini



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Scapular stability for bent-arm strength
  • Thoracic rotation with hip stability
  • Lifting the arm from the mid and low traps 
  • Triceps strength in scapular stability

Props needed:

  • 2 3-lb weights
  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam roller
