In this class, we focus on the L-handstand, looking at different ways to train this all the way up to using it to find the balance point. We cover:
- L-handstand on a box/wall focusing on being stacked
- L-handstand with one leg off
- L-handstand taking one leg off and finding the balance point
We then look at plank shoulder taps and chest-to-wall shoulder taps for conditioning.
