Intermediate Handstands Class: Tuck Handstand



In this intermediate class we're focusing on the tuck handstand! This is a great handstand variation to work on for building more strength, mobility and control.

We cover:

  • Wrist and shoulder warm up
  • Frogger and high frogger as preps
  • Tuck position from a straight handstand against the wall
  • Tuck handstand entry with a wall or freestanding and what to focus on
  • Chest to wall tuck slides for conditioning

Suitable for people with experience training handstands or who already have a solid freestanding handstand.
