In this intermediate class we're focusing on the tuck handstand! This is a great handstand variation to work on for building more strength, mobility and control.
We cover:
- Wrist and shoulder warm up
- Frogger and high frogger as preps
- Tuck position from a straight handstand against the wall
- Tuck handstand entry with a wall or freestanding and what to focus on
- Chest to wall tuck slides for conditioning
Suitable for people with experience training handstands or who already have a solid freestanding handstand.
