I firmly believe that conditioning can be fun. And I can’t do this one without laughing or feeling like a little kid on a playground swing.

This drill is great if you need a tune-up on your pelvic curl, which of course helps you with inverts. It’s also wonderful for ab strength and overall body awareness.
