This video will walk you through the process I use to tape my single point hoop using Newbaum’s (my favorite tape). It’s a cloth bar tape and my method when using it might be different than the methods you’re used to seeing with athletic style tapes. You can probably use this method or something relatively close to this with any style of tape but the most important thing is to do what works for YOU. No one is out there acting as the tape police and I have yet to get an award for a kick ass tape job. I’m willing to wait for gold stars though.
