Intro to Handstands Class: The Setup



In this handstand class, we're looking at how to understand the setup in a way that makes it easier to push overhead and create that engagement from the start.

We look at different drills that work on pushing from a horizontal to vertical position, how to improve the set up before kicking up to handstand, and how to work on this through the negative movement of lowering down from a handstand.
