MKMM Mobility Class: Holy Shoulders Mini



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Spinal segmentation

Thoracic rotation with hip stability

Lifting the arm from the mid and low traps 

Shoulder external rotation

Yoga block

Peanut

Pilates ball

Large exercise ball or bench

Foam roller
