Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.
Duration: 60 minutes
Focus:
- Disassociating the pelvis from leh movement
- Adductor activation for hip stability
- Thoracic rotation with hip stability
- Compression in a curl (spinal flexion)
- Diaphragm release through breath
