MKMM Mobility: Splits Church - Front Split Prep



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Visceral massage
  • Pelvic floor & outer hip releases
  • Pelvic clocks
  • Dead bugs
  • Supine quad stretches with hip flexor engagement
  • Adductor engagement in hip extension, flexion, & rotation
  • Hamstring stretches in arch & curl

Props needed:

  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Yoga blocks (2)
  • Knee pad (optional)
