MKMM Mobility: SplitsChurch Mini



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Hip internal rotation
  • Hip external rotation (pigeon)
  • Hip adduction in hip flexion (for hip stability)
  • Hip abduction in hip flexion (tilt strength)
  • Hypopressive breathing for diaphragm release
  • Obturator release

Props needed:

  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam roller
  • Looped band (light) and anchor
  • Knee pads (optional)
