MKMM Mobility Class: Upper Back Mini



MKMM Minis are 30-minute, nervous system-first mobility classes that focus on one region of the body. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 30 minutes

Focus: 

  • Spinal segmentation
  • Thoracic rotation with hip stability
  • Thoracic extension isolations
  • Diaphragm release through breath

  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Looped band with anchor (optional)
