MKMM Mobility Class: Upper Back Isolation



MKMM is a full-body, nervous system-first mobility class that always includes intentional work for shoulders, back, and hips. Expect breath-led down regulation, slow eccentrics, controlled isometrics, and end-range strength that makes your shapes feel more accessible and your body more resilient for every apparatus.

Duration: 60 minutes

Focus: 

  • Rib position to access upper back & hip flexors
  • Sidebending

Props needed:

  • Yoga blocks
  • Peanut
  • Pilates ball
  • Foam roller (long if you have one)
  • Anchored medium resistance band
  • 5-10 lb dumbbell or kettlebell
  • Knee pad (optional)
