In this class, we are looking at how to utilize the split leg kick up entry into handstand.
If you're new to kicking up to a handstand, this is a great drill to safely learn how; and if you are more experienced with handstands, you can use this session to work on learning to balance. We also cover a few locomotive movements and some drills to help with leg tension specifically for the split leg kick up.
