Jumpstart Plan: Movement Snacks 1 (Isometrics)



Welcome to the first part of the Jumpstart Plan. Movement snacks are exercises that can be done at anytime, in any order, just one at a time or the whole shebang. Your movement snack focus in this plan is on isometrics to:  

  1. increase your active range of motion in shoulder flexion, external rotation, & internal rotation
  2. increase your pelvic stability by providing more hamstring strength in hip extension
