Intermediate Handstands and Inversions Class



This class focuses on the straddle handstand and straddle entry to handstand!

We cover:

  • Wrist mobility warm up
  • Locomotion to warm up - Frogger and Straight Leg Frogger
  • Chest to wall to straddle handstand, and moving in and out of the straddle
  • Straddle with bum on the wall to feel out the shape and find the balance
  • Straddle entry to straddle handstand - remember, you can keep it low to the ground to begin with and only do small jumps to get used to the movement
