Handstands and Inversions Class (Intermediate): Rebalancing



In this class, we're covering rebalancing drills! We're looking at what you can do to help overbalancing and underbalancing. We cover:

  • Wall finger pushes
  • Wall finger pushes back to the wall
  • Shoulder breaks
  • The wave
  • Wave to balance

Pre-requisites for the class are a 30-second chest to wall hold and being comfortable with bailing out when you overbalance your handstand.
