This transition is interesting in itself, but also very useful for getting to the other side lion if your choreography ends up on your "less favorite" side. They can also be done continuously.
Prerequisites: Some trapeze experience is nice, but this is a beginner to advanced-beginner skill. The only prerequisite would be knowing how to get into lion as a starting point.
