Check out this fun silks tutorial from Jessie! This skill is referred to as lolly pop or Pagoga pop. It's a little dynamic and very pretty.
Prerequisties: You need to be able to climb and double footlock using an egg beater style while in the air. I highly recommend using a mat when training this skill.
