Hybrid Single Coil Roll Up

This is the hybrid single coil roll up. Why is it "hybrid?" Because one hand stays holding onto the pole as opposed to only holding onto the tail. So you can use the hand to help finish your rotation at the end of the motion, like a back flag, so it is a hybrid movement between a single coil rollup and a back flag.
