What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing content?


  • If you are having trouble accessing content and are getting "For Parishioners Only" or "video unavailable", despite having an active account;
    • Log out of the app
      • Go to "More" 
      • "Log out"
      • Log In again
      • If you are still having trouble
        • Uninstall then reinstall the app 
        • Repeat Log in under "More"
    • If the above steps failed to fix the issue, please submit the Tech-Troubleshoot Form
